Join us via Zoom for Breathe! Bash in a Box on February 24 at 6:30pm EST – proceeds support the 1-in-5 Canadians living with lung disease through the Lung Health Foundation.
We’ll kick the evening off with an interactive cooking class led by Food Network Star and Celebrity Chef Chuck Hughes. Together (but safely, socially-separated), we’ll make mushroom risotto with seared scallops and brown butter. Skip the scallops if you’re vegetarian.
A meal kit will be delivered to your door a day or two before the event and include step-by-step instructions and pre-measured ingredients to cook along with Chef Hughes. The kit will also include other goodies to make the night even more remarkable. Choose the deluxe meal package to add wine to your meal.
While you eat your freshly-made culinary creation, the Lung Health Foundation will share their bold new plan to improve the lung health of Canadians through stories that will inspire and motivate.
Must be legal drinking age and an Ontario resident to participate. Each event ticket receives one single-serving meal kit.
